Price list for bookings:

  • Afternoon Tea/ Funeral Tea £35.00

  • Children’s Birthday Party (2 hours) £20.00

  • Corporate event - Full Day - £80.00

  • Concert / fundraising event £35.00

  • Elections and Weddings £200.00*

  • Evening Meeting £15.00

  • Hire of Main Hall £ 8.00 an hour

  • Hire of the Committee Room £5.00 an hour

  • Party / Disco (Evening booking with use of Committee Room & Kitchen) £80.00*

The Hall is also available for other events – please contact the booking secretary to discuss.

 

Exemptions

  • Quiz Nights ~ free providing DRA retain bar profits.

  • Community Council ~ meetings free whilst precept arrangement continues

  • Friends of Dolau School (FODS) ~ one free event per term allowed outside school hours

  • Dolau Young Farmers Club & Dolau Youth Club ~ regular weekly meetings free, additional use of hall charged as above.

  • School Use ~ free of charge from 8am to 4.30pm

    BAR - Any function requiring a bar will require six suitable stewards who will be responsible for ensuring good behaviour. The hall committee are able to provide a bar if required for any function.

Tables £1.50 per table

Chairs 15p per chair

Staging 50p per box / unit

Glasses £3.50 per box

Crockery 15p per item

Cutlery 5p per item

Tea Urn £7.00

Flasks £1.50 per flask

Hirers are responsible for cleaning items before returning and making good any damage incurred. 

 

A minimum charge of £5 will be made for small amounts of equipment.
